From the hills of Nuwara Eliya decend to the jungles of Yala. The Yala National Park is famous for the elusive leopard and has one of the highest densities of leopards in the world. The sloth bear and Asian elephant that are also part of Sri Lanka’s Big Five can be spotted. With some good luck you will witness all these creatures and more over an evening jeep safari accompanied by a naturalist guide.

As all good things must come to an end, your chauffeur guide will comfortably take you to the air taxi or helicopter landing point. Next enjoy a bird’s eye view of our paradise island as you are whisked away to the international airport in time for your return flight. Alternatively, you could always soak up some sun on Sri Lanka’s pristine beaches which are as close as an hour and a half away from Yala.
